Mojito Mocktail

This simple 3-ingredient non-alcoholic mojito (also known as a “mocktail”) is simple, bubbly and refreshing. Perfect for hot summer days!

Instructions

  1. Make the simple syrup: Add sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir often until sugar is completely dissolved (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from heat and add mint sprigs. Let sit/cool for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Make the mocktail: Fill a tall glass with ice. Add lime juice, mint simple syrup and club soda. Stir until well-combined. Garnish with additional limes and mint.
