Strawberry Coconut Overnight Oats

This make-ahead breakfast option is simple to prep on the weekend so you have a fresh and tasty option ready to go on busy mornings. 




  1. Line up 4 wide-mouth mason jars (or other food storage containers), then add the following to each: 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk/water mixture, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla, pinch of salt. Stir well to combine. 
  2. Divide chopped strawberries, coconut and almonds amongst each.
  3. Screw on the lids tightly and refrigerate at least overnight, up to two days. 


Feel free to sub your milk of choice if you don’t like the taste of coconut. These are very customizable!
