Prosciutto Wrapped Peaches with Basil & Bleu Cheese

A fast and impressive appetizer that allows summer peaches to shine!




  1. Set your oven to broil and line a sheet pan with foil. Spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Slice each peach into 6-8 wedges then lay them on the pan in a single layer with space in between each. Broil 7-10 minutes, rotating pan halfway through. 
  3. Take the pan out of the oven and drizzle with honey, sprinkle cinnamon over the top and let cool (about ten minutes). 
  4. Meanwhile cut proscuitto into small rectangles and lay a basil leaf on top each. Once peaches are cool enough to handle, place on top of the proscuitto/basil, wrap and secure with a toothpick. Arrange on a large platter.
  5. Sprinkle with bleu cheese crumbles, drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top and finish with additional basil leaves.


Best served immediately.
